RoyalBlues 4,050
The chance we're doing AVB to Conte is increasing then.

With what has happened this season and Conte's attitude, that would be the worst possible outcome.

Could still be an option. Unionjack
zekinjo 449
According to Repubblica from yesterday.. After today’s meeting Chelsea and Sarri’s agents have agreed on a 3 year deal worth €6m a year. Chelsea and De Laurentiis are close to agreeing a €4m fee for Sarri and both sides are happy. Tomorrow another round between Chelsea and ADL. According to Alfredo Pedulla, Chelsea are to hold a key meeting relating to their pursuit of Sarri today, and will put the finishing touches to their proposal. I bet Alfredo will tweet something after today’s meeting most likely after 10pm, 11pm. akgw13

Wouldn't put much faith in him....or in fact ANYONE outside of it coming up on the website.
Pizy 18,985
Pretty much what I was thinking. Possibly the only other club that is as big of a circus as we are just appointed a new manager almost instantly. We've been completely silent for ages. zekinjo 449
Some will say number 1 in Italy. Even bigger then Di Marzio. Honestly have no idea if he’s better but he’s very reliable. VERY! oldportblue
RoyalBlues 4,050
Well it will be resolved soon though, as no way we will start a preseason with someone that is not wanted by the boards. oldportblue

Iggy Doonican 4,186
I can't believe the amount of angst among some fans in the grand scheme of things it's a pretty trivial matter who Chelsea's next manager is. Just enjoy the World Cup if your country's involved or for us English expect the usual disappointment. My first World Cup was 1974 not many left for me now Fulham Broadway and DDA
Superblue 6,372
I'm sure if Chelsea have held key meetings with managerial prospects then transfer targets have also been discussed and are being worked on. A bit of calm is needed, i have faith the club will make the decisions needed and so long as the manager is sorted ready for the start of pre season i don't see the huge worry and problem.
