The Next Manager?

I will boycott every game for as long as that tosser Rodgers is in charge

It would be hilarious though wouldn't it? Hire the guy that the coach we just sacked exposed as an utter fraud.

As an aside, not known so many tickets to be available through people I know. Had THREE texts yesterday wanting to know if I wanted one for the match today.

What a joke we've become and whether you wanted Jose out or not, the problems at this club go way beyond whatever coach we hire.

13 years of Roman's ownership and the favourite for the job is Brendan Rodgers. He won't get Pep because Pep isn't stupid. He might get Simeone but I can't see him giving him the power he wants.

Continuing a thought in another thread, maybe a year in the Championship gives us a period to build properly. Pure fantasy but maybe we just give Frank Lampard the Director of Football role, and let him build a future for this club. He is one of the sharpest men we've had play for us ever, he knows every facet of a football club....it would never happen though.

Instead we'll appoint someone we won't back and fudge though the next few years.

You and the Skipper said before that giving the manager role to Emenalo is a good idea and I agree.

Sir Alex once said: ''In order to succeed as a manager you must have power and control.'' And with the current set up of the club, no manager will have the power and control. Players can play bad and the manager is the one who gets the sack, no power and control. The manager can cry for reinforcements but the former lady coach Emenalo is the one who gives you the players, no power and control.

If you want to hire a world class manager you must give him power and control, otherwise it's just waste of time, potential and energy, like with Jose.

- Imagine giving Simeone a bunch of players with lack of character aka pussy's, do you think he will succeed or fulfill his 100% potential? No.

- Imagine giving Pep Djilobodji, Baba, Hector when he asks for proven top class defenders, you don't even want to see his head. Pep had problems with the Bayern technical director who didn't back him, do you think he want to work with someone like Emenalo? No chance.

So why don't we just make Emenalo the new manager or at least hire a ''yes-man'' from him? Because he is already in charge of transfers. Apparently he is the one who wanted Juande Ramos and Pellegrini, so maybe we should give one of his targets a go, or Emenalo himself. And Roman clearly shares his vision and backs him, so why not?

Best post I've read. Makes total sense and if it happened, no one should be surprised.

Put it like this, it's more likely than us getting Pep.

This is true, but after SAF is gone United don't give full power to Moyes nor LVG.

That is a thing of the past and the last remainder manager that has full control like that is Wenger.

After he's gone I bet it will be the same thing as United right now.

No manager in top teams will have that full control as these managers had/have.

I've been saying Hughes since for the last three or four years. Need to overlook his days at the basket case that is QPR because they are just a load of fucked up bollocks. Unlucky to get binned from Citeh and doing a blinding job at Stoke. He wouldn't allow players to take the piss and he is Chelsea through and through. He deserves the chance.

And Pardew, why not? Maybe it's time to look left field.

Yup Pardew old Shed boy. With either though, Sparky the most, how long do you think they'd put up with the interference of the Sibneft crew of Buck, Maria, and Tenenbaum let alone Mr 419 Emanalo ?

I already mention this in another thread .

No top manager will happy to be a Chelsea manager if this Emanelo still in-charge about transfer

When you can't create your own men how the hell those men that you didn't pick will fit in your tactics?

It's Emanelo choose let him be our manager he know how to use them !!! l

How the fuck is Emanelo allowed to be in charge about transfers??? what has he done previously to deserve such a position?? Fuck all, in the grand scale of things, thats what. It stinks of the Aston Villa transfer committee. The manager surely has the right to chose who to sign. Not some sigh like Emanelo.

I don't think he will be offered it, but if he was made Chelsea manager then my personal boycott (a la Grant, Fat Controller) would recommence. Ridiculous idea
