As a Juve fan who've seen both Conte and Allegri up close, I'd take Massimo over Antonio here in a heart beat (though I would be a bit sad to see him leave Juve we're he's doing so well).

In brief (sorry, a bit busy, atm), Conte is a tactical genius. He'll come up with a system that will get the squad playing at a higher level than it actually is. But his man-management is sometimes questionable and he lacks pragmatism and a plan B. 

Allegri on the other hand gets the team playing very consistently and knows how to get the most out of every player. He's also tactically very flexible and knows how to adjust to each opposition. He also has more experience and an incredible record in Europe.

Apart from the CBs and Buffon, Allegri has basically had to rebuild the entire team since Conte left, especially this year after the departure of Pirlo, Tevez and Vidal.

He's also altered a lot in Juve's system.

However they need to play. Most of the times in the Serie A Juve are faced with 10 men behind the ball and they know how to break it down. But they can easily transition to a system where they close all gaps and play on the counter as they did against City at the Ettihad.
