NikkiCFC 8,324
We will just continue to struggle in attack. Once again first one to be replaced in u21 team. If he is not good enough for them where that puts him here? He can be 4th winger option here at best. Sterling is on a decline last couple of years. Mudryk is not a sure thing yet as well. And strikers also very young. We focus on other positions but I'm concerned about our wingers. I'm not even sure they can replicate what Pulisic was doing. I have said this several times. we need another winger to play with sterling and rotate with mudryk and madueke, as these two are not ready yet (they need to grow) we also need a top striker the problem was that we spent so much money, but not on made players but on potential ones
Mário César 1,273
we spend 100M in two wingers and none of them is ready to play ffs what a fucking pathetic
Gundalf 806
Our wingers will look a lot better once we have a midfield that can provide them and strikers that can score goals.

I really hope he comes into this season so hard it becomes a chore to find where to use Sterling. Without European football, there are only so many games until the domestic cups roll around. DH1988 1,348
Odd that he wasn't in the lineup until Poch said "it's about choice" video surfaces of Noni partying whilst injured. It's a real shame considering how much he bangs on about work work work etc not saying footballers should be hermits but Poch is right, it's about choice, Jadon, I mean Noni 🥲
robsblubot 3,595
Madueke's probably my least favorite player; just not crazy about his play one bit. It could be that the pace and power of the league causes him enough trouble that he ends up trying to simplify too much. He looks very far from taking a starting XI position, or the whereabouts tbh. Caveat, I consider U21 another sport, so I don't really care what he does at that level. Even prefer Mudryk despite how unclean his game looks. He's still 21, and the most disappointing things about his game, like the one-trick-pony head-down dribbling can be fixed. He can learn when to go for the direct play, when to hold the ball, and when to one-twos. He's still 21. Now, top player? nope don't see it. Compare his game to Palmer's for example... I mean if you can.

PSV robbed us blind for Madueke, would prefer to see Maatsen in the first team than Madueke as he just looks too raw. robsblubot and laura90

PSV didn't rob us we robbed ourselves everyone who watched him for a bit could tell from a mile off he isn't a great talent. Shocking how they decided to go for him. laura90 and Vegetable 1

Cosmin 2,484
Poch is right and I like his approach here. When you play at Chelsea and you're injured, make sure you're not filmed in a nightclub. It's that easy. Just like ten Hag should've known better before publicly talking about Sancho's lack of effort in training. It doesn't matter if you are right, it doesn't matter if you're not breaking any rules. All that matters is to avoid creating problems where there shouldn't be any. DH1988, Vegetable and Mana
