I think he will be a decent RWB signing.

he would be worth a punt at 20m but he costs 40m upwards despite being one of the most streaky players in PL

One way this could go is that he ups his level a notch with better players and more ambition around him profitting from not being the only attacking outlet.

On the other hand he could also completely drop off and be disjointed from the rest of the team like caudrado.

Really hope we can sign haaland as i believe just the addition of haaland with our current squad and a full pre-season for tuchel can deliver us that back to back ucl titles.....which i personally want more than anything

But if more than likely we dont sign haaland..... get adama ( if he really is a tuchel target) and goretzka......hearing rumours he may not extend his contract which expires in 1 year

Goretzka would be absolutely perfect for us....would still sign tchouameni but leave him on loan just like billy at 18 he needs constant game time

The midfield is going to have to be rebuilt soon due to age of the current midfield options even with my belief that kante with proper game management can deliver the same dominant performances at the same age makelele performed for us well into his thirties

How badly do you think Chelsea want Haaland?

Do you think they would be prepared to pay 20m more then the buyout and send him back to Dortmund on loan this season and sign a stopgap?

Well lets be honest, who doesn't want him badly? Every top club in Europe will want him. Ok, Pep may not, but lets be real, he is the type of guy that plays his leading goal scorer as a DM in a CL final.

As for our interest in him, no way was he ever signing during the Euro's. If the club some how pull him off (I give us a max 25% chance) the club will want it done during a 'down' week so to have a mega social media w*nkfest over it.

All about the clicks and sheep you can attract as 'followers' these days.

We did not bid for Hakimi as he was PSG bound. I am sure, we are putting our all efforts to sign Haaland.

I would've loved Hakimi. I have seen quite a lot of him and have always been super impressed with him. I did think we would get it done (I didn't have any proof, just a gut instinct) but if it isn't to be it isn't to be.

Furthermore, I haven't seen this Liva kid everyone is going on about. If he is as good as everyone says, then maybe it is a good job we didn't go for Hakimi (I cannot say as I have not seen him.)

Good loan for him. Norwich play the right sort of football. Now we need to get the fits right for Ampadu and Guehi if neither are back as squad players next year.

not to be 'THAT girl'

BUT

proof please

Is there any proof we actually bid? I mean one where it is a club source or a Romano type grade of reporter?

he obviously has hit a growth spurt

you can see it in that video

and the good thing about Traore, IF we get him and IF we ship Ziyech, is that Traore deffo can play winger as well

I am trying to remain super positive about our options, even after missing on on Voldemort (RWB who shall not be named)

We should avoid Troare. He will be a 2017-esque signing. At best a Victor Moses. Please lets not do that again.

Inter’s relationship with #Chelsea has soured over the last few weeks, and it’s currently unlikely the Blues would sell any of their players to the Italian champions. @tuttosport

Lol

Well, if true, they were probably saying they wanted Alonso on loan whilst we pay his wages and Ziyech on loan with 50% wages and a €5m buy out. Feck selling players to Italian clubs. Only one that you get reasonable money out of is Juve (but you usually have to be a Spanish club) or maybe Roma if their American owner decides to back Jose. After all Jose loves Zouma.

Troare is a big no, no for me. Apart from his baby oiled arms and legs, I don't see anything impressive.

we need a goalscoring midfielder, who can also create a bit.

SMS is your boy if you want that. However, he may struggle with mobility and stamina in the PL.

Looks great as a Kante replacement statistically, however don't we need more progressive passing and carrying from our midfield? That would worry me when looking at his stats (not seen him play, so cannot going purely on what you posted.)

IF we buy him and he has a season's production like Square just had at right wingback, I will pee my panties

Sorry, but Adama will put up Moses figures. He really isn't that good.

As for Cuadrado, he is a good example. A player, I never wanted as I knew he would find the PL too much. However, with Adama he will find the step up in quality required too much.

May be stupid and deluded but I’m convinced Adama would be a great signing.

I can't see it at all. He doesn't have any end product & I don't see that drastically changing if he joined us.

Adama was often double covered last season.

On a team like ours, you cant accomplish that because you leave Werner, Pulisic, and all the other speed demons loose.

Yes, many flaws are present, but someone with those physical attributes would thrive in limited time or a WB role. Open matches up completely using pace and physicality.
