If you scroll back some are looking at players Chelsea should replace him with, some acting like Cucurella wants to leave,we want to sell..

My point is it's as premature as a woman smiling at a man then going home and changing her spare room into a nursery.

As much as some fans want to be sink hearts under current regime that's not to say our players feel the same way.Cucu has more reasons than some for wanting to stay where he is due to his family situation. If was some of the major Spanish teams chasing him then I'd be more concerned.

It's worth remembering though that rumours of Man City even chasing him were neither widespread or lasting long.

I so hope we do not sell him. The possible replacements I posted are all downgrades IMHO, at least at the present.

For me he hasn't been at his best recently but still not currently replaceable. Maybe in 2 or 3 years.should have really added a few years when we gave him a new contract.

Apparently Enzo isn’t happy with the constant changes at the club.Β

Don’t blame .. we all are.

Bet the cowboys will try to get rid of Enzo, Cucurella and Neto in the summer.

I'm almost sure he will get sold, the fact his salary got increased but no extension on his contract and with 2 years left, it might be the last year they can try to fetch big money on him, add the fact his salary is one of the biggest, he is a goner.

I love Enzo’s personality, his warrior attitude, and I don’t want to sell him. But out of all of our β€œbig” players he’s definitely the most expendable. If we have to make a big sale this summer to fund any planned big moves ourselves AND Enzo asks to go to PSG or Madrid I think we probably do it.

The problem is of course that these clubs aren’t going to give us the money we’d demand. We are the same club who set the price for Nicolas Jackson absurdly high so how much would we ask for one of our key players who we paid Β£100m+ for?

If he goes and we replace him and replace him with Wharton I think the team overall would function better. We’d lose Enzo’s knack for popping up with goals from midfield but having someone next to Caicedo who can actually get around the pitch with some athleticism would be better for the teams shape.
