Special Juan 28,205
I have no issues if we sell Madueke, he can fetch good money and apart from the three goals at Wolves he hasn't pulled up any trees for me and whilst the price will still be good I prefer we act and cash in. Still a top five league, Champions League, and there are a lot of worse places to live than Southern Italy. Special Juan 28,205
The gap in val is nothing and can be easily breached with bonuses and add ons, I just hope Maignan's desire is so strong to come here that Milan just wave the white flag and open the gates. Only thing I will say is when Bowen joined WHU, he did not look ready. Think he joined in a January window and struggled then had a full season where he improved but was not great and did not cement a regular spot in the team until latter stages of season, but look how good he is now. I feel Kudus has a possibly higher ceiling than Bowen, but just needs to show it. Whether he does is another question but I feel there is a quality player waiting to be unleashed there. Ehh, I don’t know about that. He looked awesome his first season with West Ham. Skipping past players for fun, scoring quite a few bangers, powerful and quick carrier of the ball. I remember fans of most of the big clubs being regretful that they didn’t get him before he went to WH. That’s how good he looked that first season. But again, I don’t see a place for him in our setup with Estevão coming in who I assume will rotate with Palmer at #10.
King Kante 1,643
Whenever I see Kudas, the first word that pops into my mind is 'greedy'. I think it was against City last season but if he had passed instead of taking a shot they would've been around 2-3 nil up in 20 mins or something. His performances last season seemed to me like he had brought into his own hype. For me, we need to sort other areas of the pitch before getting another AM. Strike 7,540
There is a lot more urgency to find a right-footed left winger and defenders. Instead of wasting days in the summer, I wish the club was just clinical and went out to get the top targets they want - Delap, Rogers, Murillo and Maignan Any other business can be if the deal is too good to turn down. Kudus has an 85m pound release clause and is barely an upgrade on Neto/Madueke

Mhsc 1,109
Kudus is unbelievably overrated. He's powerful but virtually no technical skill, no intelligence. His output on paper is just as bad as the eye test suggests. Thought the £38m West Ham spent on him was toppy for what he is tbh. Made some sense a couple of years ago when we were really shit, but definitely does not make any sense anymore, especially for a big fee. Fuck that. You are more positive about him than I am. The next season is a big one for him in terms of establishing his status in the game but I remain a non believer.
