Special Juan 28,141 Posted Friday at 13:04 Share Posted Friday at 13:04 Xavi Simons would be a great buy, he would come in and play now and also ease pressure on Palmer. Not sure why people are worried because he is playing for Leipzig tomorrow, it tells nothing either way, he maybe keen to keep his fitness up as opposed to stamping his feet CucurellatheCat

If he is now rejoining the team it must mean nothing is close. Interesting, didn't see that he asked to be left out anywhere? got a link? (don't doubt it I just must have missed that)

Garnachos numbers are decent having played in an absolute shambles of a Man Utd team for years. If he get’s his attitude right and performs to the ability he clearly has… you will soon be cheering him game in and game out. If Simons doesn't come because of this guy and he doesn't deliver top class performances one after another, he will be abused weekly and rightfully so, imagine not getting a top player like Simons because Winstanley has some pictures with Garnacho on his wall and is obsessed with him. This deal could of course still happen but it’s looking more and more likely that it’ll drag on maybe for the rest of the window. We need Nkunku and Jackson sold first clearly. Personally think garnacho is a little spoilt brat with a big ego and is a big risk to the squad, there's been a lot of emphasis on the teams cohesion being a reason why we have gone after many of the players we now have although part of me thinks that's club level PR bs! Don’t get me wrong. I actually struggle to contain my annoyance when i see Garnachos face. The kid is an absolute nobhead but let’s not lie to ourselves here, he is a decent player. Everytime he faced us for United, he did bits against us.
