I never said to which club, but no one will pay the money we need, if we sell him at a loss that will actually go against us in FFP, can't just sell him for 30 million, because of what we paid and wages, it will cripple us on FFP.

I was gonna come in here and post what I thought would be a super hot take that many would disagree with but I see others just said it already.

I have real doubts about Osimhen in the PL. He’s got an impressive arsenal of finishes and is a great penalty area striker but he reminds me a LOT of Lukaku in the open pitch away from the box. Meaning he’s very inconsistent and looks super awkward/clumsy. Like Lukaku he looks great using their big frames to hold the ball up sometimes and others he looks like Bambi on ice.

‘Would he be a massive upgrade on what we have? Absolutely. Is he worth over £100m? Not for me. I think he’d flop at that price. I’d prefer us to get more of a skillful footballer as our striker than a big #9.

He's absolutely ancient but I'd love to get Busquets for a season, or someone in the style of a Busquets/Rodri type. Him + a young DM understudy, while having Kante and Enzo.
