Speaking of kits, wtf is up with our new ones? They’re normally unveiled during the previous season and worn on the last match day, right?

The sanctions ended ages ago now and there have been leaked photos of our shirts for weeks, if not months. What is the club waiting for I wonder? Main kit sponsor isn’t changing so that’s not it.

Maybe they want a new signing to be front and centre of the promotion of it.

To be fair Sterling given his standing in the Premier League, the national team, etc would fit that bill pretty well.

The issue I have with not getting Dembele is that we might spunk out the money on Richarlison which would be a nightmare.

Only reason to buy Richarlison is for CF

these are pretty much all the remotely viable (talent and/or near term potential-wise) CF's on the board (one is not available until next summer) who would come here and are actually available (so no Kane, no Lewa, no Lautaro)

some are more SS than CF (I will label those)

We are really going downhill/desperate if we sign him.. The Everton fans won't even be upset.

Possible contact between tomorrow and the day after tomorrow between #Juventus and #Chelsea . The main course: #DeLigt . With the Blues in pressing who will try to put on the plate some technical counterparts. Evolving situation 👀🇳🇱 @GoalItalia

Don't think so tbh. He's actually a really good players he's just a diving piss poor excuse of a man, but he's good at football lol

It would be pretty hilarious to see two of the most physical and aggressive CB’s around in de Ligt and Skriniar beat the hell out of opposition attackers.

In terms of their playing styles they’re tailor made for the PL. But they are also both kind of slow and lumbering.

Pay off with the caveat of a NDA attached probably

It these reporters have merit, it is looking like Boehly wanted to know what went wrong with spending £97m on a player that did not want to be at the club. He seems to be backing Tuchel.

There seems to be a pattern developing that Tuchel’s input was not being taken serious. Tuchel wants De Ligt and Marina wanted to finish her deal to acquire Kounde. It seems that in every instance that there is a major difference, Boehly is backing Tuchel and showing people the door, or allowing them to leave immediately that want to challenge Tuchel’s idea of what the team should be. I hope the players are aware of this.

Which is good, if true. I can see the logic behind a clear out - many of us were gutted when the Tinkerman was sacked - only to be replaced by Mourinho who was fantastic those first few years.

We do need more staff though, we did our best business with Frank Arnesen on the payroll.

The only problem I have with Goal is that they have been at the forefront of BS transfer stories for decades. Their motto should be 'we make up any shit to get noticed'.
