@Matt_Law_DT on Emegha to Chelsea:

"I was told by someone who works around the Strasbourg end of things, that they believe that one day this guy could be a 50 million-plus striker, and again, I think maybe they're looking to do an early deal for him, to get him into a Chelsea player, is looking at that fair market value.

Because if you do it now, you can probably do it around... I'm guessing here. I don't know that this is a figure, but say 25 million. If you do it another year down the line, you might be looking at a fair market value of around 40 million."

Isak is great but that’s just an insane overpay for me. And that’s not even enough for Newcastle apparently. They’ll probably hold out for £130-140m. He has a pretty extensive injury history over his career as well.

Stop with this nonsense of waiting for outgoings and get him already.

You really like this kid eh. Have you seen him play regularly? I have seen quite a bit of him and he isn’t as good as ppl are making out. He does have potential but it wouldn’t be the end of The World if we didn’t get him.

I didn't but from what I saw of him he looks special, almost all his goals are great rarely any cheap tap ins, outside Palmer we have nobody close to his creativity, maybe Estevao but I doubt he will be ready this year.

I'm not impressed with our attack honestly, think we need someone like him or Rogers.

Hope they go for Jackson but I read they looking at Muniz and Samu.

His creativity is what we need most.. you’re right there. The good thing is that he is young and has plenty of time to improve.

So projected to one day be worth 37.5% less than Nico Jackson is now. (According to CFC's reported 80 million valuation of NJ.)

So same as a week ago, then. Wish we at least knew specifically who needs to go in order for this to move forward.

Can we not sign Simons until Nkunku is sold? Chukwameka? Sterling? George out on loan? Because depending on who needs to clear out before this signing is made, some of these will go down to literally midnight on deadline day.
