What I find most confusing is how Sancho is going to fit into Marescas system. He always drifts in early, never hugs the touch line . He even used to cut inside for Dortmund when playing on the right. He also has the tendency to ballhog just like Sterling

Ffs, just cut him loose!

FUCK BOTH of those nobgobblers

a pox on both their houses

as if we would let a 29yo winger, who we just paid, 2 years ago, around £50m for and who has 3 years left on his contract, and who is willing to take a large pay cut, just walk away 100 per cent for free

FUCK OFF

How can Sancho and Osimhen deal be anything then separated?

The closer to deadline day, the more content-less tweets, recycled 1723627 times as a "news". Teams talking, looking into yada yada, zero meaning.

Ben Jacobs now saying it’s not €30m per season from Saudi but €40m!

There’s just no chance anyone can compete with that. This is over.

How does Sancho coming to us make any sense whatsoever if Sterling isn’t going the other way? Why would United do it?

Why would we do it….. Oh wait because not one person running the show has any clue what their doing.

Whole Sterling situation is also self inflicted. Ideally we get a fee even if its only £5-8m or something. Like the Jorginho deal.

At the same time, cannot see why Arsenal would think they should have to pay a decent fee for a 29 year old player on huge wages when he has been stripped of his squad number and sent him to the bomb squad at his current club.

If it were shoe on the other foot, I’d 100% back us going the way Arsenal are looking to go about it. Be interesting to see how it goes.

They can offer whatever number but he’ll go there only after hearing Chelsea out. We don’t have to compete with their wage offer because he would rather be in Europe

What’s his wage currently at Napoli? It’s well under £300k, right? So if Lukaku and hopefully Sterling are both off our books, why could we not just offer to exactly match his current wage and we still come out of this window with a massively reduced wage bill?

Sign one, full stop. Enzo isn't captain material in the slightest.

Enzo is an overrated af average carthorse that can’t hold a midfield together but he is not at fault for us having no experience at CB and no proper GK. But Clownlake have made it clear they have no intention of fixing this

I'm not blaming him for that. However, he does have part of play (just look at the first goal we conceded tonight) where the lack of defensive organisation is concerned.

In a perfect scenario, he would be sold since there is no position where I can see him excelling or at least doing so at the cost of players with more talent.
