It will be a scramble tomorrow you can bet your bottom dollar. It's as if clubs have an agreement with SKY to wait to the last knockings so they have some sort of last day drama. I always laugh ta SKY the way Kaveh and the other Darmesh stand there saying "SKY sources are telling us" when all their info comes from Romano and Ornstein, it's cringworthy

I wouldn’t be shocked at all if our “Hollywood” ownership intentionally saved something for the final day to make a splash whilst most other big clubs are quiet. But leaving maybe the final piece to our team (a top class #9) until the last minute seems so unnecessarily dumb.

I really think if not Osimhen it's Toney

Sounds like saving a toast with ham for a grande finale of cooking show-off.

Feels like 5th or so season when looking for the striker is trying to splurge for somewhat decent-ish of all the not convincing ones. Our cb's and gk are shaky at best, doubt that additional 5-7 goals per season will compensate for it.

Surely these are the locations Washington should end up, no? That kid can't be with the U21's for another season.

Chelsea's development strategy is to ensure the international loan spots are used to develop players.

The Petrovic one could be judged either way: as moving an unwanted player or developing a talent (or both).

Interesting to see how the last two overseas loans are used.

6 international loan slots to use: 4 used, 2 slots remaining.

Đorđe Petrović: Strasbourg
Aaron Anselmino: Boca Juniors
Caleb Wiley: Strasbourg
Andrey Santos: Strasbourg

You sure Anselmino counts as loan and not as future transfer like Penders?

EDIT: ok, official site claims it's loan

Will be interesting to see where Washington ends up...was expecting him to get an international loan as staying with U-21's doesn't help his development at all.

RB Leipzig are making a loan offer, with an OBLIGATORY purchase clause of 25 million euros, to Benfica for António Silva, reports @maisfutebol.
The Eagles are evaluating the German offer.
