Window has been exceptional, just need to flog CHO, Luka, Sarr and Ziyech.

Get in Caicedo for around 90m (80+10) at best, if 100 remains the ask then can move on.

If required another buy like Kudus or Olise for the 35-40m mark. Happy wih Maatsen playing a bit higher if we dont buy.

Cucu needs to sold or needs to be moved to a CDM role like a Lahm'ish position (If we dont get Caicedo).

Next season need to get rid of Sterling somehow, hope Saudi come calling.

Maybe we were after him before Disasi.

With Lukaku and Ziyech I think it will be very late in window because clubs know how desperate we are to get rid so we would have to accept any offers.

I'd be concerned about Ziyech considering he failed a medical for the Saudi league, not sure if any european clubs would be that keen on him.

We replaced Mount and Havertz with Nkunku and Jackson, with a +40mil buffer. And they look significantly better.

We've gotten rid of a lot of deadwood and massive wages.

Gusto has looked great - and solidifies an area we struggled with weakness.

Wingers looking better and Maatsen coming on has been great.

Found a solid, international level CB for cheap in this market to help with Fofana being down for majority of season.

Literally midfield is the only area we are light on where as a lot of problems have been fixed.

Sorry maybe I wasn't clear. I meant the signings from previous windows that have already had a chance to prove themselves like Cucu and Sterling. We all already know this though, My point was Midfield was where we were light for a few seasons now and it hasn't been addressed. Previous ownership is also to blame for letting it get to the point where we had to play Jorgi and Kova in a pivot when kante was perpetually injured.

The midfield signing is going to be very important in my opinion and we can't afford a bust in that position this season because we need top 4. This is my point. The midfield signing should've been prioritised as we have 1 friendly left and little to no chance of the signing to get to play with Enzo before the season starts.

No doubt the window has been great

The club has been ruthless in most decisions - spending 40m on an emergency cover CB. But what about GK? Club is still studying the market for GKs. Didn't bid for Onana/Raya and seem to be content with going into the season with Kepa

So in an ideal world remaining business would probably be GK, DM and RW/CAM?

Kepa/?

Reese/Gusto - Disasi/Thiago - Colwill/Badiashille - Chilwell/Cucu

? - Enzo

Madueke/? - Nkunku/Gallagher - Mudryk/Sterling

Jackson

+ Santos, Hall, Maatsen, Broja, Casedei, Angelo all in consideration for who stays and who loans? If they all stayed that would give us 25 players, which is the very upper end of what Poch wants. This is what Poch was eluding to in terms of tough choices as all of them have a solid case to stay. Personally I'd probably keep Santos, Maatsen and Broja. Keep Angelo only if we're not buying a RW/CAM. That would give us a squad size of 22 which I think is what Poch is angling for - but a far cry from what we're used to!

GK Kepa/new GK/bettinelli

RB : RJ/Gusto

RCB : Axel/Silva

LCB : Colwill/badiashile

LB : Chilwell/hall

Pivot CM: Enzo, new CM, santos, Gallagher

CAM : nkunku, Carney

Wingers : madueke, maatsen, mudryk, sterling

ST : Jackson, broja

Thats would be 23 with a lot of versatility. Don't understand the links to CAM/RW given that this list does not even include the likes of Angelo.

Also, we will be having a 40/45 game season with most of the weeks just 1 game a week.

So in your world you've disappeared Cucu? What's the plan? He is almost unsellable, and Poch has used him a lot in preseason. Think it is obvious he is staying?

22 is ideal to manage egos, keep everyone on their toes in a season without European games.

If we are unable to sell Cucu, then replace Hall with him. I think we can easily take huge financial losses on him giving the sales we have made for this financial year. He is an absolute terrible footballer who should be no where near.

Kinda feel for that guy 😔 He tried his best

Who's gonna pay 45m for him? From current crop I consider Chalobah, Cucurella and Sterling our weakest links. So one off, other two should not see much game time.

What a joke this guy is. How Juventus fans gonna react to this?

This Robert Sanchez thing still doesn’t make much sense to me. From our side or his, really. Deemed not good enough anymore for Brighton but is good enough to push Kepa? And why would he want to jump to our bench from theirs? Basically just hoping that Kepa fucks up and if he doesn’t and performs well, Sanchez will be sat on the bench for months.

Money and a belief he could win the no.1 spot I guess. I'm hoping it is just talk though. Got to be better options.
