People wanted us to turn the ship around overnight. In reality, you put all the pieces in place and give it time. We've attracted some of the top talent in terms of players. There is a reason they are being lured here, and they are being guided by people who know what they're talking about as well. Give it time. West Ham have an option to extend Rice's deal for another year so if he's going to move this summer the contract situation probably won't affect the sale price, especially with multiple clubs interested.
