They don’t play games and they don’t stand in the way if clubs pay what they ask for. So if we (or someone else) offer the money and convince the player they’ll sell. They won’t dig their heels in and refuse to let him go. If we want him this window may be our best and only shot. An all round box to box machine. Enzo is a different player..one that I feel we need far more than a Bellingham. Enzo has the ability to unlock defences with line splitting passes from ridiculously acute angles... he has the tenacity of a pitbull and reads the game excellently well... we need this desperately in our midfield. It's persuading Enzo on the project that is the issue. Money helps, but we need to get him on board with what we are trying to do. Again, he’s a talented player who looks like he’ll go on to be very solid but he simply looks like the wrong fit stylistically for our team.
