What is the club plan? If we are going to hire players like Isco or Zaha, it will be our end, we disappear from the top of English football. Why not start with a plan and a future coach? But can only be done once the team has confidence that they have a monstrous defense that will hold them through the entire game. Just look at how stupidly open we were against Southampton in turnover situations. The players looked like they were just going forward without any sort of tactical instruction.
