Complete guess but come February 1st i would not be surprised if our market ends with Zaha, Werner and a left back, not Chilwell though as dont think Leicester would sell

That's the biggest question our board is facing. Sancho and Chilwell are not available now but they are in the summer. So what do we do? Wait for them and go with what we have or we sign now someone like Zaha and some other left back.

Sign Sancho and loan him back 6 months.

Chelsea have emerged as potential frontrunners for Jadon Sancho.
Frank Lampard is eager to bring Sancho to Stamford Bridge and the prospect of a return to London is thought to appeal to the player, who grew up in Camberwell, south London.

Real Madrid would probably accept loan deal for Isco for six months so we can try him first.

But if Isco asks Morata about opinion on Chelsea I guess he won't want to come here

As a loan and short term fix i would be ok with Isco as a means to break down low blocks. But no way we should sign him on a perm

Probably but you said you won't believe it until The Telegraph reports it

I know we are interested but they didn't report we are working with Dortmund for a deal, are we as The Sun claimed the other day?

And to be cynical/pedantic, The Telegraph states "Chelsea have now emerged as potential frontrunners...". Potential...

Top priority has to be a left back in my opinion. Recent home games and again today just highlighted how one dimensional we can be when teams are defending deep. This isn't Lampard's fault, he's kicked us on from Sarri last season starting to have the lion's share of possession in most games but large parts in our own half or middle of the pitch, to now dominating both possession and territory. The problem we have with our personnel is that they all operate at their best centrally.

Pulisic, Mount, CHO and Willian all like to drift inside where we already have the likes of Jorginho and Kovacic trying to operate. This would be fine if we had width from our full backs but we simply don't at present. Teams are defending deep and sending us wide and we don't have the players to damage teams here. Hopefully Reece James will tie up right back over the course of this season and kick on next with a year's experience, but we need someone on the other side so that we can stretch teams, get good quality into the box and overload teams then with our 3 or 4 attacking players.

It would be great to get another attacking player into the side, but I don't see how things will change hugely without sorting out the width from our full backs. Unless we were able to bring in someone the equivalent of Hazard who could literally open up the tightest and deepest of defences with an absurd piece of magic.
