Is this recent, mate? You look like you've lost some weight.

Yes mate, this is last weekend. I've dropped almost 12kg in body fat and put on a lot of muscle,I train 5 days a week though. I actually have a decent body now :lol:

wow, 12kg is a lot ! good job.

Working out 5 days a week aswell, trying to gain weight actually.

Thank you :) I have started to put weight back on now from muscle though, so that's a good thing!!

Just eat and eat and eat. One of my close friends who now does body building used to be a twig. He is now very fit and that from obviously training hard but also eating 3-5 main meals a day, It's a very expensive diet :lol:

Haha yea I really have to eat a lot.

Hope I can keep my diet and workouts consistent, especially when school starts again (last year of high school).

Ever heard of GOMAD? Gallon of milk a day.

It's what it says, you have a gallon milk in your fridge in the morning, it has to be empty when you go to bed. It's about 2400 calories and tons of protein.

Probably the easiest (and arguably best) way for hardgainers to gain weight.
