I sometimes feel that Chelsea fans do not deserve success. It isn't. Last night we saw again what Ruben could be, not what he is. There were numerous examples of Ruben not imposing himself on t

It's a shame Christensen's dropped as i think he's our best CB currently but beyond that good team, will be interesting to see how Higs does with these players.

He had games like these against much better teams than this West Ham. He has won us many big matches in the last 7 years.

Fair play, nice island -and loads of bars show matches so he should be able to watch West Ham game.

If the Everton score stays the same, we can go 3rd  if we beat the pikeys

Hopefully....still annoying everyone except us has a game in hand! Need to make tommorow count

Yeah with Le Arse failing at Everton- huge chance for us now.

Game in hand is no gimme- as we found out, would rather have the points on the board.

If we can beat West Ham - then the wheels might not fall off of our season (although wobbling pretty drastically at the min)...

Please start CHO and RLC if he's fit.

I think we will win this one. Just keep Alonso out of the team, and we will win it.

Also, I do think Emerson will start as not even sarri would be stupid enough to start Alonso against salah. So it has to be Emerson (whu), Alonso (prague), Emerson (pool)

No. But playing Emerson 2 games in 3 days would be suicidal. Specially when we have an option of playing him today, and then give him a rest for a week. I thought the post explained that.

It did- it's been such a miserable place lately, I think you misunderstood BigWillie's comment 😂😂😂

Hudson and Emerson MUST play. I can't see us breaking up West Ham's bus with Willian and Alonso, it will all be too static once again. Jorginho also needs that movement around him.

Hopefully Loftus plays as well if he's fit but I believe Barkley can do the job as long as Alonso and Willian aren't ruining the shape of the team with their presence. Kovacic again is far too passive for that role against defensively organized teams, it's as if he's constantly stuck on first gear

West Ham also have nothing to play for so literally no excuses here.

I believe 7th place could earn a spot in next season's Europa League if Man City win the FA Cup. If West Ham win tonight, they'll only be 2 points off 7th. So they do kinda have something to play for. Just depends on how enthusiastic they are about potentially playing in the Europa League.

That said, West Ham have lost 5 of their last 6 league away games, scoring only 1 goal in the process (one of those losses was only a 1-0 defeat at Man City).

March 17 our last win against them...lovely. Looking at it our record hasn't been so amazing of late.

Since August 2016 win we've played 6 and only won 2.

Yup a year ago today 1-1 same game. Shocking performance.
