I think we will win this one. Just keep Alonso out of the team, and we will win it.

Also, I do think Emerson will start as not even sarri would be stupid enough to start Alonso against salah. So it has to be Emerson (whu), Alonso (prague), Emerson (pool)

No. But playing Emerson 2 games in 3 days would be suicidal. Specially when we have an option of playing him today, and then give him a rest for a week. I thought the post explained that.

Hudson and Emerson MUST play. I can't see us breaking up West Ham's bus with Willian and Alonso, it will all be too static once again. Jorginho also needs that movement around him.

Hopefully Loftus plays as well if he's fit but I believe Barkley can do the job as long as Alonso and Willian aren't ruining the shape of the team with their presence. Kovacic again is far too passive for that role against defensively organized teams, it's as if he's constantly stuck on first gear

I believe 7th place could earn a spot in next season's Europa League if Man City win the FA Cup. If West Ham win tonight, they'll only be 2 points off 7th. So they do kinda have something to play for. Just depends on how enthusiastic they are about potentially playing in the Europa League.

That said, West Ham have lost 5 of their last 6 league away games, scoring only 1 goal in the process (one of those losses was only a 1-0 defeat at Man City).

So this means they're bound to turn it around.. Its the jynx lol. So and so hasn't scored in years oh look he has now!
