Game in hand is no gimme- as we found out, would rather have the points on the board. If we can beat West Ham - then the wheels might not fall off of our season (although wobbling pretty drastically at the min)... Please start CHO and RLC if he's fit. Jorginho also needs that movement around him. Hopefully Loftus plays as well if he's fit but I believe Barkley can do the job as long as Alonso and Willian aren't ruining the shape of the team with their presence. So they do kinda have something to play for. Just depends on how enthusiastic they are about potentially playing in the Europa League. That said, West Ham have lost 5 of their last 6 league away games, scoring only 1 goal in the process (one of those losses was only a 1-0 defeat at Man City).
