We‘re having 55% possession against city, i‘m sure that didnt happen for a long while.

I think it's tactical from Pep, we have possession but still look the most likely to concede a goal while we have the ball lol.

Pedro, cesc, alonso - the actual dead weight in the team and squad.

Morata just awful, I hope Michy gets in the team soon and becomes the no.1 while giroud will be a more than decent no.2 and relegating morata to 3 and hopefully sold in jan or latest by the next summer. Just can’t suffer through that guy.

Well, it is an upgrade compared to the last meeting with City when we had to suffer without the ball. City are obviously somewhere else, we will be competing against other teams and with different objectives. But man we still need to improve big time. And purchase quality if possible. Morata is a wank, just like many other players. Kante and Hazard will make us stronger, no doubt, but we need more quality. Desperately.

We actually dominated City on terms of possession. Defensively we look soo vunarable. Jorginho doesn't have the legs to protect the back four against a team like City.

I can actually see Kante and Jorginho playing in the double pivot role with a Barkley or Hazard in front of them in the 10 role.

Well that was quite the wake up call. City taught us a lesson, really.

-We really struggled to play through their press

-They easily played through ours

-Jorginho was stranded on an island in the middle because Cesc is zero help which forced Jorginho into really bad positions

-Sad to say that Azpi really struggles when he receives the ball under pressure

-There's a giant, Kante sized hole in midfield

-Morata & Pedro offered nothing at all in attack

-Barkley was very reserved and nervous to try anything.

-Defense was very shaky

We have a WHOLE LOT of work to do.

Midfield three failing miserably to track back. Way too much room 20 yards out from our goal. At least one needs to track back,

The distance between centrebacks and midfield is too big. Why are Luiz and Rudiger (and at times Azpi) sitting so far down. Can't play Sarriball with this type of setup
