The most interesting numbers are imo from your last image. It doesn't show the player, it show the difference in team playing style. Rodri 20 interception, jorgi n ndidi 56. The market is long, it will last until October 5. If Chelsea were to think that he is no longer part of the project, I would find an alternative solution. Ziyech as well is also going to be a huge player for him, coming between the lines to receive the ball. Really think selling Jorginho would be daft still. Circa October-December when the midfield three of Mount/Kovacic/Jorginho took the piss out of every opposition in the league at the time. Again, I would love, absolutely love, if in some games we take this approach. Pulisic I think has that selfless running and ability to get into the box in an area between the two goal posts regularly and now Werner as well could have done that from the left. obviously now with Frank its no surprise to see we are upgrading in attack, these additions should be aiming to improve the fluidity, movement and overall quality which should help Jorginho as well from that deeper position to find runners over the top more or players at least making movements that can open space up for other players in the team as well. That goal was a pen, that assist was a 30 yard pile driver from RJ. Other than that, Mount had as many key passes, more tackles won, 39 passes with a better pass%.
