He's not holding the ball up or trying to run behind the defence. What on the a CF's role aside from that?

Been here for almost a season and is still falling over like a feather. Beyond annoying at this point

You've obviously not been watching the whole first half, he has been going out to the channels, holding it up at times (not as much as he could as hes been falling over but some have maybe been fouls some not) linking with Willian/Hazard. Its hardly that bad of a performance. If he scored it would of been a different story. United are playing deep without the ball as well so for all the few chances he will have had to run in behind, hes hardly been given much of a chance has he? Willian and Hazard have really only been the two players who have had chances to run in behind United and they came from their set plays or loosing possession high up the pitch on maybe 3 occasions. Giroud wouldn't have done much else except maybe held it in a few more times. To go over what I said ages ago in Morata's thread, he's struggled of late but start of the season nobody complained at all, now he useless and whatever, the change in opinion over him is quite pathetic really considering how well he started, he was always going to have a wee struggle eventually, fatigue, new league and whatever coming into play.

Moses is way too selfish...Does not look up other players and pass....Hazard has other problem ...always reluctant to shoot.....Even a draw is not good enough result...we have to win if we want to finish in top 4...

Morata once again having one of those games where he's on his ass most of the time. The ref ain't giving those type of niggling fouls like he always got in Spain. He has to realize that and be stronger.

I've watched him fall over enough to come to a conclusion. It's a typical Morata performance that could end up being part of the reason we don't beat this terrible Utd side.

Part of the reason we could maybe not end up beating this United side is because we conceded due to one of our CBs being out of position, will that be Morata's fault too?

Completely agree.

If he doesn't have a perfect game at this point, people are all over him. Support the player. People already writing him and Baka off are ridiculous. Hasn't even been a full season and both have dealt with injuries this season.

We do it with our managers. We do it with our players. We have no consistency in our great play. Everyone gets so antsy too quick, and results in too much movement. Morata played at Real Madrid, and was key to their champions league run. Same with Baka. Give them some time.

Didn't he fail to hold onto the ball prior to THAT attack?

And Real Madrid were willing to let him go for a reason too.

He goes down too easy.

Because they were given a cash amount, and they deemed it to be fair. You could say that about any player ever. Barca were willing to let go off Neymar too. He goes down a lot too.

I would love to see Hazard try blasting it sometimes. He has been in some promising areas but went for a pass instead. It is his nature, I know, but come on, go for it yourself too

Make peace with it bro, he just doesn't have it in him sadly
