Special Juan 28,141
He needs to be not tagged with the academy/youth shit now, he's a big boy and can walk on his own....His performances must reflect how he wants to be seen. No hiding place now, he can do this. LAM09, Vybz Kartel and OneMoSalah
Blue Armour 4,442
Can do better, but...have to remember he's only 18. Not every player is like Messi or Mbappe. Him being paid 6 figures a week (which is probably due to difficulty in negotiations), won't change that. killer1257

Yes he's young and is coming back from a bad injury but everytime I see him I'm just not that impressed. I'm not expecting Messi like performances but for someone who virtually put a gun to the clubs head regarding his future he's been average at best. Yes, I'm afraid I have to agree with this. I'm sold on Reece and I believe in Fik, but the rest of the graduates have much to prove. Supermonkey92

killer1257 3,282
He will do fine as a left winger. As a right winger, he is just not good enough. People need to understand that he is a very one dimensional player when he plays as a right winger. Also do not forget that he has got a lot of assists since he came back. He will do fine as a left winger or as a second striker. What I do not like about our fans is that they always criticise him for the money he is earning. Sarri just fucked up. CHO was destroying it in pre season. Sarri did not rate him and CHO got frustrated by his lack of game time. Then he wanted to leave. If Sarri actually Integrated him better into the Team, he would have signed a new contract with way less money. The Bayern interest came later. Just a Sarri fuck up.Live with that. Maybe you have a very high estimation of him. I haven't seen anything special from him when we played big teams, and this goes back to last season when we played at Anfield, when he disappeared in attack. But, I'm attributing this to the fact that hes still not fully developed as player and has still a few years ago, considering his age. The club backed him with little to nothing to shout about, so he needs to deliver.I couldn't care less if he was 5 or 105, he's getting judged like a "big boy". He is just not good enough in that Position. Also, do not forget that he played with Azpi and Azpi did not go forward once in that game. CHO is not good enough as a right winger in the first place and it did not help him that Azpi was not helping him in the offensive phase. Vybz Kartel 1,613
I have always thought he is overrated if I am being honest Charlie Musonda and Jeremie Boga can count themselves very unlucky not to have come through in the last 2 years since they had more talent than CHO. He put himself under the spotlight by handing in a transfer request, then dragging out the contract negotiation for months and getting the club to pay him big money when he hasn't even turned 20 and has achieved nothing in football. I'm not writing him off but I can also see why people are expecting more from him to justify the hype. They never see the reasons behind why players sometimes don't perform. RLC was not good enough either according to most of the fans and last season, he was one of our best players. Tammy was just a Championship level striker (according to our fans) and he is our leading goalscorer. It is what it is.Gesendet von meinem SM-G920F mit Tapatalk Stats, the wes and 1905didierblue

My point was that nobody rated RLC before last seasons performances. There was a lot of critisicm and I was one of the few that defended him because he never had a chance to play his best position. Only Sarri gave him a Chance as a no. 8, which was his best position at youth level. RLC was always judged on performances, in which he played in other positions. CHO also has that Problem when he is judged on right winger performances. I know him from his Youth days and I can tell you that he will never be a good right winger. He can be a very good left winger or second striker though. Gesendet von meinem SM-G920F mit Tapatalk 1905didierblue

If Pulisic is going to bag a hat-trick in every other week, CHO is going to have get used to either predicament.

Hes just maybe not done as well as he did last season but even then Pulisic and Willian are playing well so thats another reason why he isnt featuring from the beginning and rightfully so. Where as last season the wingers didnt play so well which is why people were desperate to see him start every week. Other than his Europa League performances in the PL last season he didnt exactly set the world alight either.
