I'm not a fan of Dier but he gives Spurs the tactical flexibility to change from 3 at the back and match us up, to 4 at the back and pack the midfield depending on the circumstances. It'll likely have to be from the wide areas through Willian and Moses because Kante & Bakayoko may get smothered by the 3 in midfield. This, in particular, is a game we'll really miss Hazard in.
