In terms of leadership and veteran presence - yes. In terms of actual football quality i hope Terry will rarely get up from bench, I think his immobility is holding club down and we are stuck with some old tactics unable to play high defense line and forcing LB to cover for him.

You are right had it been anyone else but since this is Terry and the entire fiascio around it this for me is like the sign of re-building ... specially considering the lack of leadership we have in that dressing room ...
