Invasion 13
I guess nobody will ever be happy until Terry gets around 5 years of prison time, MAYBE only then, everybody will finally shut the fuck up and move on.Rio is just a moron, sure he is on his brothers side, but keep it to yourself, dont aggravate already heated situation. BlueLion. 21,491
Correction - real men wear pink and still look fookin badass. Terry fits the bill. In fact he could be wearing a clown suit and I'd back out of a 50-50 with him. Melanicus

bababoom 4,478
The FA John Terry chargedFriday, 27 July, 2012The FA has today charged John Terry. After seeking advice from an external Independent QC, and having considered the evidence and Magistrates' Court decision in the John Terry case, The FA has today charged the Chelsea player following an alleged incident that occurred during the Queens Park Rangers versus Chelsea fixture at Loftus Road on 23 October 2011. It is alleged that Terry used abusive and/or insulting words and/or behaviour towards Queens Park Rangers’ Anton Ferdinand, contrary to FA rules. It is further alleged that this included a reference to the ethnic origin and/or colour and/or race of Anton Ferdinand. This charge is the result of The FA’s long-standing enquiries into this matter, which were placed on hold pending the outcome of the criminal trial, and relates to rules governing football only. During this period John Terry remains available to play for England. Terry has until 3 August 2012 to respond. The FA will make no further comment during this time. http://www.thefa.com/TheFA/NewsAndFeatures/2012/john-terry-charged.aspx

Pizy 18,907
So A COURT OF LAW finds him innocent, but the FA charge him as guilty. Makes sense.
dave30 728
If they charge Anton i can understand even though other players do it week in week out. If they don't i can't look beyond political correctness or anti-white racism. zolayes
Superblue 6,372
This was always going to happen to save the fa face and reputation, not withstanding the ridiculous media pressure, especially from a number of black sportsmen. The whole thing seems a witch-hunt. Are the FA really above the court of law?I can't see Chelsea accepting this!
Mr_President 404
So A COURT OF LAW finds him innocent, but the FA charge him as guilty. Makes sense. The criminal court and the FA work on different levels of guilt. In the Magistrate's case the prosecution had to prove that Mr. Terry had used racially abusive language 'Beyond reasonable doubt', Cole's evidence and other factors provided that doubt but it was clear that the Magistrate did not buy Terry's story at all (if you read the case summary). The FA, however, work on a 'Balance of probabilities' which leaves more room for doubt and I'm almost 100% Terry will be found guilty on these grounds. Ryan Fong 2,776
What can I say, the FA are just trying to cover their embarrassment of taking off JT's armband unfairly.JT has been proven innocent by this country's law, and now the FA are going another way?! I mean seriously?! What a bunch of ignorant dumb ass.
zolayes 14,489
Come on, racism towards black people is MUCH more sensitive for obvious reasons. The only obvious reason is many people make very good careers on race issues .. Lord Ousley being a prime example ...Look at the Members of the House of Lords who have got there on the back of race politics
