Popular Post! The Mak 4,459 Posted June 6, 2013 Popular Post! Share Posted June 6, 2013 Klopp, Guardiola, Martinez etc in a few years time, who knows? And Roman won't care where Mourinho goes after this. He will sack him if he feels like it really.I say Mourinho has nowhere else to go, not because of Roman, but because I don't see Mourinho kicking up a fuss this time. He's done all he wants in the other two major leagues. Also, Roman wants stability, otherwise he wouldn't have made such promises to AVB in the past and now Mourinho is offering it the same. I can't see him falling down so stubbornly like AVB. AVB fucked up so bad he was asking to get sacked.I also think Mourinho has learnt a lot from the past 6 years. Especially after working at Madrid. Madrid is a circus compared to us in all honesty.P.S. Guardiola clearly doesn't like competition, so I doubt he'll come to the most competitive league in the world anytime soon. Unless he gets a monopoly team like Barca/Munich. Martinez, lol. didierforever, 1chelsea, Tomo and 4 others

Popular Post! Rmpr 8,977 Posted June 7, 2013 Popular Post! Share Posted June 7, 2013 Why people think Roman is some sort of an alien who cant acknowledge and learn from the mistakes he has done?Abramovich knows this latest managers sacking and panic buys didnt work and that Chelsea needs stability with a quality manager to be successful in the long term and not only during 6 months. If Mourinho does a great job in the first three seasons, I can see the Russian thinking twice or even three times before sacking him if things start to fall down. I can realistic imagine Jose staying for 6-7 years or more.I honestly believe we are one step above the stigma of a "crazy rich club". We have already an stablished loyal fan base, great infra-structure, amazing set of young talents and competent professionals to not do another Torres like deal. No way Jose and/or Roman will fuck this up!!!! The Mak, Jype, nachikethas and 4 others

No way Jose and/or Roman will fuck this up!!!!because all the interim manager, somehow always can make this team reach final in european campaign but actually, this cross in my mind, why roman and board, still feel fine even they parted with manager in the middle of the season, make this team like sink ship from changing the managerthey didnt have slap in their head, because they maybe think, with changing manager the team will be 'wake up' to perform better on the pitch for the rest of the season campaign or save the seasonif mourinho does a great job in the first three season, how if not ????i really hopeful, mourinho will stick for 3-4 years minimum, but not become delusionalmy question is, beside title gamestyle is what really roman want isn it ?and gamestyle only can work and implement successfully by time, not by what result you getso why he always change the manager over and over again because the result ??in the past roman showed to us, he react when bad period hit us, not keep patient the manager to try building his own methode to the teamdoubt of Roman patience of result when we hit bad perioud for couple months, is stll therealthough i really hope there roman and mou have clear agreement to have stability atleast for next 2 years, no matter how the season going

Tomo 21,751
Aright, here what i think. Except his Porto career, the glories with Chelsea and Inter were not his own. Any above average manager would have had the same glory.Yes it's so easy to win just because you spent your right proved AVB spent nearly £80m in his sole summer with us and got sacked for taking a team who were champions 2 season's previous to 5th or when Kenny spent £80m in the same summer and finished 8th.Ofcourse money helps, but if you seriously think any half decent manager could have had the same scale of success at Inter and especially Chelsea Jose had, then i advice you to see your nearest doctor. He seem willingly committed to AVB previously but had to sack him because of the circumstances back then.Martinez is the most over rated manager in football. Leif 6,006
Am I the only one who didn't like him saying when "We" won the Champions League? On the surface of it, sure, the spine he originally nurtured had a part to play in it and he can claim to be a Chelsea fan or whatever which can feel romantic and flirtatious to fans, but I feel like it takes away from Di Matteo's shine a bit which I don't like.Mourinho didn't win it. We didn't win it with Mourinho. We won it with Di Matteo and the key players who got us that far. Drogba + Cech aside it had nothing to do with Mourinho; Mata and Ramires being examples.I'm probably looking too much into it but I'm pretty sure it's been said exactly to get this sort of "WE LOVE YOU XXXXXXXXX" reaction. Leif 6,006
he meant "we" in termfs of him being a Chelsea Fan..not in terms of "hey look, most of the important players were bought by me and they have won the CL title". I thought that. But I just find it annoying how he'll pop up now and say "NOW I'm one of you" because it suits him and claim he's spiritually been with us all this time or whatever's going through his head. I know it's flirting what he's doing. He does it at every club. I just don't like it.
Jase 43,479
Martinez is the most over rated manager in football.Read an article in the Independent before saying that the club admires him for the play his style of play. Was considered by the club apparently.I thought that. But I just find it annoying how he'll pop up now and say "NOW I'm one of you" because it suits him and claim he's spiritually been with us all this time or whatever's going through his head. I know it's flirting what he's doing. He does it at every club. I just don't like it.Well, Mourinho is a master of pressing the right buttons to charm people. OR you're just reading way too much into it.
