There's a wider issue here, let alone the notion of free speech.

Endemic within 'respectable' institutions like the FA, the government, the ICC, universities, the House of fucking lords etc is where the real racism lies. Go to any hospital, university, college and there is a far higher proportion of black and ethnic staff who do all the menial jobs, like catering and cleaning.

This institutional racism is endemic in the FA and all its offshoots -you just have to look at the absence of any black faces in 'top' jobs -its all white middle aged men at the FA. lets ignore that, and pick on an ill educated working class player and make up our minds what he said regardless of what was really said, then we can be all smug, and ignore the findings of a court.
