No, never. I'm always the guy who's saying we'll win the big games when we are the underdogs and everyone is saying we will get smashed, but that's not the case here at all. We're expected to get the win, but it's the scum, in November, right before and international break, when we're not exactly setting the world alight, at Anfield after THAT game last season, when we're on an unbeaten run and Liverpool are supposedly struggling and in need of a big win to turn their season around.It's just set up too perfectly for Liverpool to get an 'upset' win. i cant see us losing this one in any way.city were brilliant with 10 men. playing in front of their own fans, they put in a spirited performance. i dont think we were poor on the day.united were tactically good. absolutely nullified cesc by using fellaini and mata. also they sat back and let us do the pressing which was never going to be successful with DD.pool on the other hand tried to fight fire with fire against RM at anfield. they were kind of successful in the first 15-20 minuyes but after that RM simply outclasses them. expecting much of the same here. i simply dont see pool trying to do what they did in madrid in front of their own fans. that will be a quick way for rodgers to get the sack. also, their set piece defending is so woeful that its not even funny. also, after a string of "poor" performances, i expect jose to get everyone riled up for this one. This is football, and the argument "we are better" is not really working for me.With that being said, I really hope we will win this. It will be pretty frustrating not to after the two draws at Etihad and OT. For example..City beaten by Stoke, Newcastle and CSKA already at home this season but when we played them they dominated for long periods of time. Mangala was world class against us, and in the next game he scored an own goal and gave away a penalty.Same with United. Poor team but we let them dominate us at times. Fellaini was a beast in midfield ffs..Fellaini. QPR thumped by United and Spurs and 19th in the table but we just manage to scrape a win. Why does Jose show teams like City and United too much respect when we're not playing at the bridge? They're 'big' teams but with our ambitions we should be beating teams like that or at least controlling the game. Hopefully for this game Jose ditches his usual small club mentality when playing big teams away from home cause we can trash Liverpool 3, 4-0 if we play our usual game. They are so bad it's hilarious.He wasn't world class against us, what goes missing in that statement is what the refs allow players to get away with. If he doesn't get cautioned for going i through players backs the whole game he will appear to be dominant. On another day he would've been picking up fouls all over the place.The refs allowed him to get away with murder on the day.This Utd dominated us garbage is getting really annoying...
