He's important. Brought on against Swansea in the second half and we dominated, started vs Everton, he was injured and suspended, but I think we are much better with him on the field. By our usual high defensive standards, that is somewhat bad. 5 clean sheets in 16 games is a no-no. And it's even worse when you analyze closely the manner in which we conceded those 14 goals.EDIT: Just checked, we've kept 5 clean sheets actually. Still bad nonetheless. Tomo 21,751 Posted November 6, 2014 Share Posted November 6, 2014 Liverpool have been utterly clueless in recent weeks creative wise, and im talking on the level of us in 10/11, especially against Villa, Hull and Newcastle where they created next to nothing in all 3 games.We will be quite fatigued after Wednesday, I mean seriously in what over country would a team have an mid day Saturday kick off after a Wednesday CL game in Eastern Europe? It was Jose's tactics just simply better than their awesome attack. It was soo funny. I think Matic has described it the best:"Nobody is happy when you lose a game, and they weren't happy after that game."Many teams have tried to park the bus in front of the goal against us, but we win.
