Heard rumors recently that Falcao might be available for 45m euros. Cavani is a no go because we basically just conned PSG into paying 50m for Luiz, Cavani is at least 60-70m now according to them. Ibra is unattainable. Best chance is probably Balotelli and Mandzukic
