I think every Spanish media outlet seem to agree that Rakitic to Barca will be announced today. Would already have been announced yesterday but they were still negotiating the deal that takes Denis Suarez to Sevilla and that one's complicated because I believe Manchester City have a buy-back clause on Suarez so they have to include them in the negotiations as well.

Hopefully we see Cesc announced soon after.
