Jase 43,479
http://www.theguardian.com/football/2014/may/01/rui-faria-chelsea-banned-improper-conduct Chelsea's assistant first team coach Rui Faria has been banned for six matches, the Football Association has announced. "Following an Independent Regulatory Commission hearing, Chelsea coach Rui Faria has been given a six-match stadium ban with immediate effect, subject to any appeal, after he admitted two breaches of FA Rules," read a statement on the FA's website on Thursday. "The first breach was that Faria used abusive and/or insulting words towards the fourth official during Chelsea's game against Sunderland on 19 April 2014. The second breach was that his behaviour following the match referee's request that he leave the technical area amounted to improper conduct. "Faria, who requested a non-personal hearing, was also fined £30,000 and warned as to his future conduct." The FA have done it again! Utterly pathetic to hand Faria a 6-match STADIUM ban just because of the words he used and aggressive behaviour shown. If it was a touchline ban, then fine but stadium ban?! Pardew, who headbutted a player, got a 7-game ban but only 3 of those were stadium bans!
Joe Cool 388
I have idea how anyone can complain about this. Shit referee or not, that was pretty disgraceful by him.
The only place to be 11,313
So banned for 1 less game than what Pardew got for headbutting a player? Pardew's was 3 stadium and 4 touchline....meh. At this point I'm past caring what the FA does in regards to us.
Pizy 18,984
If Wenger or Rodgers did this they'd probably get a £10 fine and a blowjob from every FA boardmember.
Polo7 3,496
How do they get away with these ridiculous decisions time and time again. Bunch of clueless twats.
Jase 43,479
Next thing we know, a mere talk with the referee in the game will result in the FA handing a 10-game touchline ban!
Muzchap 8,966
Next thing we know, a mere talk with the referee in the game will result in the FA handing a 10-game touchline ban!Only for Chelsea every other club will be fine(d)

boshman 1,073
I could understand a touchline ban, but a 6 game stadium ban because he was pissed off with the referee for sending him off? Fuck me.... they never cease to amaze me the F.A! Bunch of fucking muppets!!

LDN Blue 7,903
Could've agreed with it if it wasn't for the fact it's more than Pardew's ban!!! That's ridiculous because he didn't hit anyone
Belgiannutt 3,201
Lol well hope you've learned your lesson Rui. Next time just headbutt the fucker. It'll cost you 1 extra stadium ban but you'll have so much more satisfaction.
Yeboii 1,844
I can understand some punishment, BUT A 6 GAME STADIUM BAN!? That is extreme for the nature of his case and behavior.
Sidzeret 2,257
Reckon Rui is taking the hit for Jose's post match comments too, which they could do absolutely nothing about since it was just sarcasm. It'll be absolutely ridiculous if Jose gets a ban, now. Then we''ll have ample proof that the FA has an agenda against Chelsea.

And probably you are right. They're gonna look ridiculous banning Jose from matches - so they had to ban someone But really. Atletico's fitness coach for actually trying to hit a referee got 2 matches touchline ban. Sure different leagues, different rules, but 6 matches stadium ban is...We have someone in our stuff to lead the pre-match warmup instead of Rui, right?
