illmatic 901
Another loan? Really?I hope not, would be a very stupid move. Seeing how is the market, and the good image that he let in his six months with Fiorentina, We perfectly could take 25M for him. didierforever 7,349
if we are not buying anyone at this moment, it would make sense to loan him right now and sell him next season and use that money to buy a "big player" if necessary. The Mak 4,459
if Napoli want him .. make them PAY ,, not another loanExactly. He just came off of a fantastic loan spell with Fiorentina and managed to showcase how effective he can be in Serie A - if they want him, the absolute least we should get is our investment back. His value is most likely at its peak now, we should not risk it decreasing.Seriously, what is the point in loaning him? Are we going to loan him till his contract expires? Unless we are demanding a ridiculous loan fee like 5m and they are obligated to buy him next summer for 15m, it makes no financial sense. The deadweight like him (and Moses) need to be moved on so the squad can be improved. zolayes
LondonsFinest 692
What most people fail to realize is that most Serie A clubs don't have IMMENCE financial backing and often balance the books by loaning a player for a simple fee now and getting him next summer when they have the power to spend. It's a thing in Seria A to loan players with the idea to buy next season and to Co-Own a player. This would mean that if we loan Salah to Roma, it's probably because Roma have decided to invest money on something else and Chelsea has no problem to receive money from Salah next year. We've put a 22 mil. euro price tag which isn't easy to cover from their perspective. didierforever
illmatic 901
Callejon and Mou in Real Madrid were like father and son. Callejon was one the players who most defended him, and was with him until the end, even, that could be one of the reason for his sale. Beside Alonso and Arbeloa, were the men of Mou in Real Madrid. And certainly, his profile of player would be very good for us in the terms who is a hard worker and a wing with a lot goal. The case is that i'm not sure if he is enough to be headline, like backup would be amazing, like starter I have my doubts.
