A slow and gradual shift to a 4-3-3, this is going to be bloody exciting. Oscar and Willian same role against Schalke , Eto'o drifting , while the middle three play have same roles as that against the Hammers. Looks set to be a huge scoreline.

Jose better have one hell of a player lined up to swap Mata for. Think he's almost certainly off in January.

We'll regret selling him immediately unless we bring in someone as good as he is.

Actually a lot of people did, but sadly none of them in this forum, expect Seb probably. Not derailing at all. I found the point over here, and was just trying to get across my view.

Nope. Don't think he can in Oscar's role. Ramires's role maybe yes, but definitely not Oscar's. Juan has no previous experience in rotating positions with two other midfielders. You need a bit of work-rate for that too. Maybe if he's adapted, then a slight yes.

Looks like Chelsea are playing that 4-2-3-1 that everyone including Mourinho is calling 4-3-3 again.
