I know this isn't out jersey for next year, but does anyone know if this is real? Like is it actually sold somewhere?

I want it.

No. It's just a layout of graphic designer.  Nothing to do with Adidas.

There's been Nike and another well known brand pitching to the board. Unless Adidas offer us big money they'll be gone unfortunately.

But didn't Chelsea sign a new contract until 2023? Can these type of contracts be broken that easy?

I don't know the ins and outs of it to be honest. Just the photos I've seen of the mock shirts.

The only Nike-sponsored club in the Premier League is City, so I can see them wanting to get back into the top clubs with both United and Arsenal leaving in recent years.

Personally, I like Nike more than Adidas, but I'm hoping the template that's been used on almost all of the national teams this year won't carry over to the clubs next season.

To be honest I don't remember the last time I saw a big clubs breaking a kit contract for another one. I really doubt we will see a Nike kit in the next 7 years.

So, you just said you don't know the ins and outs, how can you know that Adidas is gone, unless they offer big money?

If that was our kit I would buy one to wear it during day. Then I would buy another one because you want to be fresh at parties. Then another one to use it instead of pyjama at night. And another one in double size to wear it on my old days when I get fat and all.

What a shirt, what a shirt :o. Too bad its just fan work.

Southampton did have some kind of dispute with adidas last season and made their own kits before returning to adidas this season. They've just signed a deal with Under Armour to start next season though.

Why else would these other brands be coming to Chelsea with shirts that they've made pitching them to the board? I doubt it's just for banter......

Any other brand that's not adidas or nike will make us look so small time, it will be the physical reminder of our decline as a top club. Even if someone like Under Armour or Puma offered more money, it would damage that 'top club' look adidas and nike give you... which is worth a lot in itself, from a commercial perspective and beyond.
