I’m a foreigner, a foreigner who’s played well at another English club at that. Going by the typical Spanish mentality, the first people who’d have turned against me would’ve been them, the fans. Turns out I wasn’t meeting any of the expectations they had for me whatsoever, but they were there for me, they supported me. This people are different. Sometimes I thought to myself “I’ll just stay here on the bench, be quiet and make no noise, I don’t even want to play”, but then they asked me to play, they wanted me out there. They’ve lifted my spirits so many times, sometimes more than my own teammates did. Whatever I do here from now on, I’ll do it for them. That’s why I want to win another Champions League. I want to win it for the fans." :blue scalf: :blue scalf: :blue scalf:  :blue scalf: :blue scalf:Just for all our sake, Torres needs to start performing on a consistent basis now. While it is nice to hear him to say that, action speaks louder than words!

capriccioso 2,545
Cap-you cynic ! -like Drog, Torres is being won over by the Chels faithfulBut Drogba was rare, he had an affinity with the fans of every club he played for, to the point where one of his first clubs named a new stadium after him.Torres is Atletico true and true, I doubt he would really care about either Scouse fans or ourselves; compared with his home fans. Has he spoken about the Liverpool fans?Yup, he said theyre smelly bastards.Youre right there are probably a handful of loyal players in the Prem league -but us Chels fans are a right special bunch and it's becoming apparent he loves us at games now for the faith we've kept. headhunter23

capriccioso 2,545
But not Kalou, right? Like we ever loved him or believed in him at all. In an atmosphere like that, where my own fans boo me when I'm coming on, I wouldn't give a fuck about them. But he's a nice guy who never complained about that.Perhaps at Feyenoord. Manuf 1,448
If Kalou was shown as much patience as him we would have sold him for quite a bit of money. Fucking clumsy and not interested in the game at all. Stop whining like a little bitch and show some edge. We're always giving him another chance and after one lucky goal hope he'll be back but he's just finished. Look through all the pages how many times people have lost patience with him. I hope we swap Torres with striker who is actually in right set of mind to play. I wish he proved me wrong but it doesn't look like it. capriccioso
Pacquiao 1,834
He had some good moments today, ghosted past a few players, had a shot saved off the line! when we start controlling games he will get the passes he wants and im sure he will finish them! Exciting times!
Manuf 1,448
Btw for people who said that he only got balls from Cech. If he's not fucking moving from that defender how is he expecting to get a ball at all? Peace.
