I think Cech punching that ball away (or trying to at least) was an instruction from Rafa. He used to get Pepe Reina to do that quite often. He really does have strange instructions for the goalkeepers he manages.

Moses and Ramires I think have been our two most dangerous players this first half. Cesar is doing fabulously on the right flank but gotta admit that West Ham haven't really been threatening on the flanks.

But this is still a good score for West Ham, we should have really scored a second goal

Except Liverpool at least have some talent. Not saying West Ham can't come back, but they certainly have the feel of a team that will end up near the relegation zone. Also, not the type of team that is comfortable coming back from behind. This is a team that's scored 0 or 1 goal in 11 of their 14 league matches coming into today.
