How much longer does this need to go on for.

Its a circus, the owner and board need to look at themselves, theyre the fucking idiots who hire and fire the managers.

A catalogue of errors, for fuck sake sort it out and stop messing with our club.

PS Bookies have this lot for next season

Jose
Klopp
Benitez
Hiddink
Poyet
Simeone
Grant
Moyes

Voted no because it would be a pointless decision. Keep him until the end of the season and bring in a good replacement. Things are great when they are on a high but when they're on a low they're really low and there is no in between The board is continuously fucking things up and not giving the players stability to make something happen with the tactics they are trying to implement.

Lets just hope we can get a win against Arsenal, that will cheer us all up.

However it still wont change my mind, as we are far too inconsistent. We will probably lose the game right after that IF we do manage to beat Arsenal.

I would like to add Gullit, Huddle or even Supa Frank to ride out the storm for the remainder of the season. One thing I will give rafadyce, he sure knows how to create mid-table sides. We saw it @ l'puke. We saw it at Inter, now we are seeing @ CFC. Enjoy the freefall people. Blame the board for this lovely shit sandwich poo.gif

Lol, yeah lets sack the guy who's tactics have had us dominating games for the past month, his job is to put players in positions to create chances it is up to the players to score them.
At last somebody talks a little sense. Yes Rafa as Fulham Broadway has put it, is 'A Spanish cone of fat'. By no means did he get his substitutions neither tactics right last night against Southampton and by no means does he belong here in any way whatsoever.

But

Let's look at our situation in realistic terms here. We can't and I mean can't sack another manager before the season is up. We are a laughing stock of the footballing world as it stands. To sack a second manager in the same season would just be an absolute disaster for this club. I mean it isn't like we aren't already going through a multi car pile up on the road to mayhem. We need to see this out despite the undeniable fact that Rafa isn't and never will be the right man for the job. Let's at least be honest with ourselves here. After sacking the man who spent the most important years of his professional playing career here and then came home to win us the holy grail, getting a manager of Rafa's credibility in such short notice was suitable. He has steadied what was a horrificly unorganized defence and to start with got a shattered Torres scoring goals. I know the one home win from seven is a disgraceful reality that most of you are finding impossible to accept. I understand that being such a passionate Chelsea fan mysef and I know that we all deep in our heart of hearts feel that we as the Champions of Europe should have stormed the Premiership and all other competitive trophies this season with the new additions to our squad. It just hasn't worked out that way. In my honest opinion I feel that Eden Hazard hasn't quite lived up to the hype tjat surrounded his big money move as of yet and Oscar is still young and quite obviously tired from such a long calender year previous to his move here and we are relying heavily on Mata and now one striker in Ba.Now once again with our backs to the wall we as fans and lovers of our club and the game of football need to stand behind the squad and still believe that this season won't end in complete disaster. Funny enough, we normally play our best when we have our backs to the wall but we must forget about calling for the head of Rafa until the season is finished.

P.s. Remind me to never post an essay on my phone again. What a fucking nightmare!

As much i hate Rafa and voted Yes purely for that ... however i dont want the club to sack him till end of the season. because the damage has already been done... Out of Champions league, out of the title race, out of the CWC, almost out of Captiol one, Pep who was one of the fav to come in went the other way..... Sacking Rafa at this point would mean that the team is yet again directionless, new strategy, more player power and importantly confirmation that Chelsea is not the place to come for those remaining few managers who mite give a shot at Chelsea ....
We are already in deep s***, i hope the management doesn't piles it up further ...

I want him gone as much as the next person... but is there really anyone better we can get right now?

As far as I'm concerned, who the fuck would want to manage this shambles of a club? If you want to blame anyone, blame Roman and his 'advisors'.

Like George Bush said to Harold and Kumar, you just read my motherfucking mind.

We have also gotten rid of intelligent players such as Michael Ballack and haven't replaced them. Instead we are looking for more flair rather than the physical prescence.

Ryan watch this

LOOK HOW DIFFERENT OUR PLAY IS, yes i do know that season under Scolari was a bad season, but we played like this under Mourinho and Ancelotti, look how we are so physical and ever player can hold the ball up. We are not getting pushed off the ball, we don't need to have space to do something.

Now we get pushed off the ball and look way too vulnerable for the other side, instead of investing in so many attackers and wanting to be the next Barcelona, we need to get some players who bring more physical and technical prescence to the team. It's why i wanted the likes of Tiote, despite getting slated for it, he's the man who can do the dirty job, like Javi Garcia for City. But not just that players who can pass the ball, who can come on and allow players to move forward and get into space. Instead we seemed to be being everybodies bitch and bending over when the other side has the better mentallity.

Hit the nail on the head. I consider players like Mata and Hazard to be intelligent but those two don't have the experience to complement. We're losing so many 50-50's because the players put themselves into difficult positions.

Its the same case when defending, when you have players arriving unmarked into the box. Today's equalizer is another one on the list of goals scored that way this season. Our double pivot members go AWOL when the opposition charges forward in numbers.

Even under Scolari there was belief. I remember that Stoke match like it was yesterday, we all knew we'd battle and earn the win because we tended to do that.

It isn't entirely Rafa's fault that we're in the situation we now are in, but in my view he has to take the blame for yesterday. What the fuck did he say to those players at half-time?!

I believe he will be shown the exit, cos he just can't maintain his winning team, keeps on losing matches which has already be won.

I doubt reasonable fans think that way. We were absolutely awful last year, we were probably in the contest of the worst champions of Europe ever.

In term of our standing on the table we are fine but we have missed so many chances to get more points. My expectation this season was to challenge for EPL not to win but to challenge but right now top 4 is more reasonable.

My heart says yes, my head says no.

And then my head says but maybe we could put Steve Holland in temporary...sorry, interim charge. And my heart gets all excited but then my head reminds me that I actually like Steve and don't want him to get sacked.

So ultimately I have to say no. This is our punishment for years of ignoring the warning signs and Roman needs to learn a lesson. We all do in life and it's part of growing up.

Roman has been in charge for a decade almost and he's had great success, but also done some rather boneheaded things that I'm fairly certain he regrets. Hiring Rafa might have been arrogance, it might have simply been desperation. But he's missed out on the guy he wanted and you've got to hope that such a humbling experience changes him for the better.

So I don't think we can sack him, but I think we'll come out of it better.

Fortunately Benitez has managed to turn things around after Robbie's disasters this season...

.....All we need now, or as Rafa used to say at Liverpool. are the ''last pieces of the jigsaw.''

They are the defence, midfield, attack, tactics, and substitutions and we'll turn Stamford Bridge back to a fortress.

About time more people stated speaking sense around here, i more or less said all this at the start of the year when everyone was wanking over our "barca" revolution and i got fucking slated. Funny how fickle some cunts are.
