BlueSunshine 672
If we suddenly beat city, how things will change on here though lol. And if we lose to city i expect to see at least 3 threads about how it is all rafa's fault....I doupt a win agaisnt city will make Chelsea fans instantly like him,at least i won't for sure.It doesn't have to do with his ability as a manager,it has more to do with his liverpool past and character in general. MetsajCFC 1,255
And please have some respect. Calling someone "fat, ugly twat" etc over the Internet makes YOU the twat (for the most part, the guys calling him that take a look in the mirror ). Decision's made, if you don't like it keep it to yourself. Any true fan would move on and support the club and thus the manager. We can't expect results if the 12th man - the fans - can't get a grip. Football is a business nowadays, welcome to the real world. Noone gives you anything for being a legend, results are all that count. Saying this again, welcome and good luck Rafa Benitez.Show some respect.
MetsajCFC 1,255
YES could be worse ,Sparky or King Kenny or Roy Keane ..............on second thoughts ,,would they have been worse ???Guess we'll find out

AfricanBlue 104
We're running out of managers too. If Benitez and supposedly Pep don't work out we're f**ked. I think Roman's just biding his time until he completes his coaching badges so he can take charge himself.

We can critisise him if he takes us in a direction we do not like, but lets firstly give him a little bit of time. And secondly look at what he does here and not what he did several years ago with different players at a completely different club.

GoranZg 56
This May will be exactly 20 years since I started following Chelsea and this is the lowest point I can remember. After premature sacking of RDM, at least I've hoped Chelsea has agreement with Guardiola and a long term plans with young and talented coach who has a many respectable attributes. Rafa is a shitty coach who wouldn't recognize a pornstar if she would lay in front of him with wide open legs. This is slap in the face and I would love to say to all those Abramovich's advisors one big F*** Y***. Disgusted!

Tomo 21,751
i can't imagine it, i can't even picture him wearing a Chelsea logo and celebrating a Chelsea goal or win just feels weird. You won't have to worry about the latter, Rafa doesn't do goal celebrations.
