I wouldn't trust the English media in this at all. Though I can't remember it but the French and Belgian media reported that Hazard is earning way lower than 170k p/w. Given that he played in France previously and is from Belgium, I know which media to trust better.

Makes me question my beliefs in this club for the first time in a long time...letting two of our best & most consistent players, let alone a world class bonafide legend & the best player in the prem for the last decade, just simply walk out the door for nothing? I'm sorry but this is an unconscionable decision, where genuine reason has been shunned in favour of blind logic & naive ideals - this is where Roman has really crossed the line.

You can't tell me I'm not supporting 'the club', when the players we owe the most to - the very core, foundations & true blue heart of the team - are being disregarded as if they were just another average disposable squad member who can be easily replaced with a healthy sum of money...

The problem is, how the fuck exactly are you supposed to replace the irreplaceable?

Darkness has engulfed Stamford Bridge this week...I have certainly become disillusioned by almost everything that has gone on - & whilst I appreciate some of your hopeful optimism - I really just do not & cannot see the light.

Lampard isn't the player he was in the past. I honestly don't know where he fits in this team going forward and I can't imagine he'll want to spend his time on the bench.

Cole is a different story. He could probably still do a job for a couple of seasons but the club don't want to set a precedent by going against their policy for players over the age of 30. He's irreplaceable.
