Popular Post! Gilvorak 3,734 Posted October 30, 2016 Popular Post! Share Posted October 30, 2016 Let's be honest. He's an utter shit winger and anyone pretending different clearly doesn't understand the game but he's legit borderline World Class at RWB. I'm still in awe at how well he's playing. LAM09 7,051
He has been immense early on this season. Puts a shift in on both sides of the field, which is a nice change on the right. May this form continue and thank Egypt; he ain't going in Jan.

Years ago Matic and Cahill were called world class players, and we had the best back 4 of the world in Azp, Cahill, Terry and Ivanovic. Are you unable to enjoy the moment? Our player is playing surprisingly well when nobody expected him to, and is contributing massively to the success of a new system that has seen us win 4 on the trot without conceding. Why so spiteful, Henrique? Why marginalize his impact and evident quality with petty posts like this? "It's a good thing we'll soon see the light".. why is it a good thing? You basically want Moses to drop in form and play shit thus compromising the team just so you can be right and laugh at us? Are you a supporter or what? I also doubt he would have scored those goals he has if he barely went forward like you said. How you can say that is beyond me, he's a pest on both ends and could/should have scored more. Its a natural process.

Its a natural process. Everybody has limitations without exception and I don't see people being blind to Moses's either. People realize he's not good enough as a winger for example. It's not like we are going over the top with praise, everybody is just pleasantly surprised that he's performing above expectations in a position where he hasn't played before. A nice change from last season when we couldn't say that anybody was playing well, we could do without the forced negativity when we are doing so well after a long long time is all I'm saying. Special Juan 28,141
Always produced in pre-season, always looked like he could offer something. Taking his chance and showing he cannot be dropped....fabulous performance.
Thendo 1,088
Moses and Nat geting their chances with the first team this season should be the best motivation possible for all those millions out on loan. And talk about taking your chances, been superb in that wingback role! the wes

Well if we upgrade Moses we can sell now Moses for a much higher price then a year before.

Whatever the problem, the solution is almost always to sign a player or two. Struggling managers always just need another window or two to turn things around. Buying and selling players, the eternal swirl of trade, is such a dominant mode of thought, has so coloured the discourse, that the notion that a manager might actually look to improve a player, something that used to be an absolute basic of the job, has come to seem strangely old-fashioned. But every now and again a player pops up who has been largely forgotten about who, it turns out, is just the answer to a club’s problem. It happened the season before last when Arsene Wenger suddenly rediscovered Francis Coquelin and it’s happening this season with Victor Moses. Very true. Especially like the mention of Coquelin, that came out of nowhere as well. I would love for Moses to be the real deal. The team just need to prove this system is to stay. Popular Post! Pizy 18,907 Posted October 31, 2016 Popular Post! Share Posted October 31, 2016 Must admit, I thought after yet another very impressive preseason for Victor he'd fade back into obscurity. Absolutely delighted that we finally have a manager who actually tells the truth when he said he plays those who earn their place rather than going solely on names. Moses has kept his head down and become indespensible now in our first XI. Huge credit to him. You can also tell he isn't letting his success get to his head and is just so glad to be playing. Humble and hungry. Hybrid Angel, Fernando, manpe and 3 others

In his first season at Chelsea he spent most of the time sitting on the bench while Oscar, Mata and Hazard played. Still, he managed to score 10 goals and many times he seemed like our most dangerous man. When Mourinho arrived we sent him out on loan 3 times to 3 different teams, which is just cruel(see Chalobah).. At Stoke and at West Ham he had some outstanding performances, but Premier League teams just don't build on loan players.  Of course he is not a player like Hazard, but even if a winger, he'd be a useful squad member at any English team. Rekin 835
He is certainly very limited as a winger, would never want him to compete with Willian and Pedro for example. As a wing-back however I think he has enough tools at his disposal to be very good. He is strong, works very hard, knows when to play simple and when he is allowed more creativity. I think its way to early to tell how he will turn out in his new position (after all, opposition always adapt eventually, once they do and find ways to expose him it will be more interesting), but if he is performing at a similar level like 10 games from now, I am prepared to see him as an integral part of the first team.

Gilvorak 3,734
Off topic as hell but we should make a move for Adama Traore. Same exact profile as Moses except better in every aspect. I'd love to see those two compete for that position especially since Moses is injury prone. Adnane
