Lampard is 34 and played two games already this week. Time to face the reality of it.

Lampard should probably only be playing once a week or so, so no problem with him sitting, just not sure why we played him and Ramires against Reading and not the tougher Newcastle game. RDM loved having a defensive player in the attacking third. If you look at the game against Reading, Bertrand played a more like a second LB than an attacking midfielder. His average position was basically the same as Cole's and apart from two runs, he didn't get forward. It's a very defensive formation.

makes me feel if it were up to RDM, our transfers would have been so much different.

Its idiotic isn't it. Don't know what goes through Robbie's mind sometimes...

Especially considering how good Sturridge was down at their ground last season. Having Mikel, Merieles and Bertrand at home seems a little cautious. Quite annoyed considering Sturridge changed game on Wednesday. We are just isolating Sturridge now, he will hand in transfer request if we keep treating him like this

Lamps was an expert at getting the press to focus on his situation, by making sure he picked the right spot on the bench..

The 'sweet spot', right next to the manager and the TV crews. Let the facial expressions commence.

You and your conspiracy theories...
