Number 11, 13 or 25+ for Oscar then...

I wonder which number he will get. 13 could be bit unliked by players (Ballack had it, but sadly won nothing realy). 11 could be kept, then only 25 remains or even higher numbers. I gues if both Oscar and Moses arrive, one will certainly

get 11.

Firstly he hasn't signed yet. Robinho? Secondly, if he does arrive, we will have players leaving so other numbers open up like 15 of Malouda.

If he does come I don't think he'd instantly be in the first 11. Think he'd be a squad player while he adapts and then eventually proves good enough for the first team. Think similar to what Sandro did at spurs and how he broke through

Agree. Replace Lampard gradually. If he signs. If he plays CM.

Nothing agreed yet, but at least we are actualy interested in him. 25mio is lot of money for Internacional and they will accept if Oscar will

want to join us. He said he will stay but that was

some time ago. If Modric is of to RM, its fair alternate transfer, but I still hope of Hulk or some good winger to come. Moses is more second forward than winger and doesnt cross at all. But after Oscar for 25, I doubt we will go for Hulk too...

I don't any of the aforementioned names being released ... we bought them for a reason and besides everyone is talented in their own way... I just hope RDM does a good job in bonding them together ... that's the key ...

Ideally no. And Chelsea rarely releases players on contract. But if they make a transfer request, the club won't stand in the way.

If we get oscar, i think we still go for a RW/cf and Rb, my personal opinion. Hulk and a young talented Rb will definitley complete the team and provide depth and quality to challenge on all fronts.

Errr- that could just be them playing it down. A lot of sources are saying it has been accepted and its just the player side to be sorted. The players main agent reckons its a done deal

The player's agent has also told Neto, as reported by Sky, that he expects his client to agree terms with the Stamford Bridge club over the next few days, so the move is on, despite the player saying it is off.

I watched some stuff on ytube, good prospect, but I noticed he was heavily tired after Argentina game in 60 minute. Tempo in PL is even higher and I doubt he would be our starter. Certainly joker from bench and Lamps replacement, but if he turns great, we will play him lot and he will be even more tired than Mata in last season at the end.

I cant believe it, I was away over the weekend so Im completely out of touch with the latest football news but now I've just seen the article on The Telegraph and, thanks to the links on this thread, the quotes from the Brazilian paper, The Daily Mail and Sky Sports. Im ridiculously excited, having seen him play all of the games he has played so far for the senior Brazilian national team and a couple for Internacional and I've been deeply impressed. A South American player of his quality and his age, I would have bet any number of my limbs that he would end up playing for Barcelona or Real Madrid, I never thought we would be able to sign him but this one looks like it will actually happen. Messi aside, I would genuinely struggle to think of a more exciting signing.
