He has had an outstanding season in Belgium, I don't think Eredivisie would be a big step. We should find him a Bundesliga or a PL team.

Because of the attacking style of the Eredivisie, it would actually be easier for him to make his actions there. A physical league is a must...

They're not in the slightest bit alike. One is a creative number 10, the other is a pacy right-winger who cuts in onto his left foot. If we wanted to bring a player back who is like Salah then it would probably be Atsu, maybe Traore.

We already had Schurrle, hazard, willian and lost De bruyne and Mata. A player like Thorgan was more needed than a salah. whatever you think of Hazard and Willian, both players play exclusively on the wing for us and Oscar was the only no 10 we had.

Also Atsu,Moses,Marin are still on our books and I don't see salah as an upgrade on them so whichever way you want to slice it. Salah wasn't needed. That's inefficient use of resources.

With the amount of players we have out on loan and in the academy, we should only be spending on players who are good enough to be regular first team starters not mere squad players.

And it's not so much about "deserving" to be in the squad, imo, but simply about being the best for the position. And at this point, Januzaj being a star player for Man United, and T. Hazard for Zulte-Waregem (WHO??), there can be no doubt that Januzaj should be preferred.

So Thorgan should move to a better competition and a better club next year, and then maybe he can get in to the EC 2016 squad. Maybe.

Doesn't mean I think he's no good, just too much top level competition in the Belgian squad for him at the moment.

Aggree. Vandenborre and Ciman (should have been Meunier in my opinion, but I guess his positioning and defending ain't good enough yet), both JPL players, only make it in the squad because we have no pure top quality full backs.

Clearly Dortmund and Shalke are looking to loan him just to have a good back-up player on their bench. I can't see him picking enough minutes there (see Wallace at Inter, Moses at Liverpool, even Nate in the first half of the season at Forest).

Chelsea should look for a loan in England, Championship maybe. Or Derby in the EPL, why not, if they manage to beat QPR. Thorgan Hazard, Bamford for another season, maybe Omeruo.

Ugh not PSV. The Dutch league isn't much of a step up on the Jupiler. I hope he gets a loan to a better league
