Popular Post! ja1 1,166 Posted December 14, 2012 Popular Post! Share Posted December 14, 2012 Can someone show me an example of where Sturridge 'cried' and 'moaned' about playing CF? All he said was that he sees himself as a CF in the future but at the moment was happy playing wing. But it is Sturridge speaking so of course he's moaning and he's lazy and all the other overused stereotypes associated with him. Sheva. 5,373
Hope he's fit to start against Leeds, it is really pathetic how Torres has to start every single game.

Jase 43,479
Anfield Report @anfieldreport Tony Barrett in The Times tomorrow reports Liverpool have agreed fees in principle to sign both Daniel Sturridge (£12m) and Tom Ince (£4m).Guess Sturridge is officially gone then... Las7 951
Another bit of awful business by the club, we need two strikers lined-up in the winter.
Corner 456
Guess Sturridge is officially gone then...Wow. This is just going to fuel the Falcao rumours. If anything, it makes me believe the rumour even more than Falcao is very close to agreeing terms with Chelsea.

OneMoSalah 8,886
Sturridge won't play as a no. 9 for Liverpool. Suarez is three times the player he is so if he really wants to play regularly as a number 9 he can forget it at Liverpool haha. Also I'd say Borini is a better striker than Sturridge. Leif 6,006
So people are willing to believe we've sold Sturridge but not believe we've signed Falcao (when we'd only have 1 striker left at this club), what. Heisenberg

Slam Dunk 1,442
If (and it's a big if) this is true, then it'll a good deal for everyone involved imo. Liverpool are about at his level and I think he'll do well there. They are desperate for a new forward, Sturridge wants to play (although I have a feeling he'll still be primarily used out wide there) and we get £12m for a player who wants out and who's contract is soon up to put towards this year's FFP books, leaving us to sign a new striker so Torres can finally take a well deserved, nice long period of time spent on the bench. Leif 6,006
If he does join Liverpool, regardless whether it's to 'better his career' or whatever, I will have absolutely no place in my heart or memory for him.If you join Liverpool in this era, all Chelsea ties are cut as far as I'm concerned. Suarez is one of the best players in the PL if you like it or not. Hes miles better than Sturridge. Its been proven. I rate Borini higher than Sturridge too, hes a much better all-round player who puts in a shift every game unlike Sturridge who only tries when he has the ball. Basically in the words of the great SeB Sturridge is a ball wanker.

You're a moron if you would hold it against him joining ANY other team when he's being treated like this. The guy is young and has a lot of potential, do you think he wants to sit on the bench?I will say fuck off to the Chelsea board if the get rid of Danny this january. It's an absolute disgrace that he hasnt been given more of a chance here while that blonde cunt has 10x more minutes on the pitch. nadavTKL, Muzchap, Sir Mikel OBE and 1 other
Sheva. 5,373
The times are pretty reliable i think, so it's as good as done. 12m not bad for a player in the final year of his contract.

Makes sense. Muzchap
