wonder how serious his injury really is... Will be needed in the next games.

On the absence of Eden Hazard

' He had a problem with his calf. He trained yesterday and we thought he was fine, but we didn't want to take a risk with him.

'He could be available [for Wednesday], the physios are working with him and he could be fit.'

So just precaution.

Really missed him today. He helps the team keep the ball and calms things down. Believe we would have won comfortably if he was available.

Can't forget him driving at defenders and opening up space for others, he's become so important for us now, probably will be more important than Mata soon enough.

Defenders are drawn to Hazard because they know he can leave them for dead so they surround him. That means more space for Mata to work in.

Got fouled alot during the Basel game,so I'm not surprised... Refs should start protecting more imo.

Should take the time needed to heal.

So happy to have him, really.

He is certainly the best young player in England, since le LOSC I always found him better than everyone else, his career is perfectly launched, my fears, is to see him going to Madrid or Barcelona. But with José as manager, I dont think he'll leave, Key players arent easy to sell.

IS AMAZINGGGG

That moment at 2.00mins. Pffffffffff :wank2:

=> no matter how comfortable your couch is... actions like this one get's you on your feet right?

These are the things that make you go to a football stadium. Very happy he shows his skills now in a Blue shirt!!

Amazing game and also very decisive! This indeed has ALL to do with the fact he played on his favorite position. Nr 10 behind the strikers in a free role.

You immediately notice that he is far more present in the game & built up. Which is by far his strongest point!

He's so impossible to defend on isn't he. Funny when his defender had enough of all the action and decided to put some pressure on the little man (at min: 3:12) => Eden just turns around and makes an amazing run from midfield all the way to the 16 yards box... passing 4 defenders before finally delivering the pass to assist.

More of this Eden! :blue scalf:
